I have a samsung ml-1710 laser printer. Was wrking

I have a samsung ml-1710 laser printer. Was working fine but for no apparent reason will now only print a test page. It will print nothing else, regardless of the application used to do the printing. I am running vista 64 bit.

Power off the printer, disconnect/reconnect the printer cable, power on the printer, reboot your workstation.

If that doesn't work, in Control Panel - Printers, delete the icon for your printer. Disconnect the printer cable. Reboot your workstation and log in. Reconnect the printer cable and see if the printer is recognized. Install the printer driver.
