if you forgot your password restart in bios then advanced or security and user passwords you can change
bios administrator password i am not sure if you can change or remove if you forgot it

If you take it to your SP they should be able to reflash the phone and bring it back to factory settings for you.

Master reset password is always 000000 or 1234

unless the owner changed it

ranjithnairv + hardknox - press the menu key in the middle of the keypad, scroll to initial setup then select either master clear or reset and enter the 000000 as the security default codes.

all others take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the phone codes back to the originals for you.

all is not lost just take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the p/code for you.
