Thats becausethe tunes that you download are probably Itunes, and Itunes has a DRM on all movies/music/music videos.
What that means is the music will only work when they are in Itunes or are on other Apple products, like Ipad,Ipod, etc.
You will need to convert those songs from ACC to MP3 or WMA before they will play on your MP3 player. You can get a free file converter at the following webpage: http://formatoz.com/ Please take time to rate me

Your VIBE is MP3 format and iTunes uses a format that only apple products recognize. Even if you download to iTunes on your computer, you can't change the file extension to load it on an MP3 player.
Sorry iTunes does not allow non-iPod devices to sync with iTunes. However, if you download something called Double Twist, you can put the songs that you have in iTunes onto your Gogear. Double Twist pulls your music from iTunes and does all the necessary file conversion and it's really easy to use, you should give it a try.
Hope this helps!
Your formating for your songs are fine. The Phillps GoGear uses mpeg as well as long as they are not AAC formating. You need to open Windows Media Player and click on the Library tab and then Add to Library. I'd recommend using the advanced tab when the window pops up. You can then tell WMP exactally where the songs are at in the itunes folder. You'll want to find out where they are at first. It should load them onto WMP from there and then you can move them to you GoGear. Enjoy.
