You need to get a Recovery CD for your model laptop from Dell. Boot up with this Recovery CD and follow the instructions.
You can get this Recovery CD from the Dell WEB site.
To get the correct model Recovery CD use the Service Tag number, it is on the label that is attached to the bottom of the laptop.

Yes you can.
After installation you will need to activate it. If it wont activate online, then there is telephone activation option - always works.

HP Deskjet Printer; D2460 USB connectivity problem.

Go to Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab > Device Manage > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > Delete or uninstall any usb root hubs. You may notice your mouse may stop working after this. Try a reboot and then windows should redetect usb devices. You may have to delete some other usb root hubs again if this does not work the first time.

Dell d600 latitude laptop

Hi

Dell Latitude D600 can only accommodate one internal hard drive. You can however install a 2nd Hard Drive as a drive module.

Check the picture below. The HDD Drive Module fits in in place of the CD/DVD Drive.
