Sadly, there are many clocks designated as atomic clocks. No search yields Atomic Clock as a brand itself. Clocks and watches usually have procedures so complicated by the time you finish reading them, you can't see straight enough to tell the time. I think you need to do a google search for atomic clock but attach the brand to that plus user manual. If it is a famous brand, there might even be a YouTube video regarding adjusting it. To change the time zone, open the control compartment cover on the bottom of the clock. Locate the "Time Zone" switch and set it to the appropriate time zone for your area. Six time zones are programmed into your clock, "A" for Atlantic, "E" for Eastern, "C" for Central, "M" for Mountain, "P" for Pacific and "H" for Hawaiian. Once you've chosen the correct time zone for your Brookstone digital desk clock, you must select whether you want the clock to operate using the 12-hour or 24-hour format. The clock is set to the 12-hour format by default. If you'd like to change the setting to the 24-hour format, locate the "Time Format" switch on the bottom of the clock and flip it to "24-hour".
You can also decide whether to turn your clock's automatic Daylight Savings Time feature on or off. If you turn the feature on, your clock will automatically move forward by one hour at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in March and fall back by one hour at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. Simply HOLD down the "CLOCK SET" button for ~3 secs and the time will flash... Rotate the dial around the SNOOZE button to the hour you want; click the "CLOCK SET" button again for the minutes and rotate the dial again... Hit the "CLOCK SET" button one last time and you're done!

The DST schedule is hardwired into the older clocks and cannot be modified to run on the new schedule. If the clock has a DST switch, you can can turn it OFF and reset the clock only twice a year. On my old "ATOMIC" clock, I've set the DST function OFF, and I use the time zone switch for my adjustments. Sorry, but your only other choice is a new clock.

How to Change the Time Zone
Press and hold the “-“ button for 3 seconds the letter P will appear where the seconds are than press and release the “-“ button until the correct letter for your time zone appears. The four time zones are P is Pacific, M is Mountain, C is Central and E is Eastern Time zone. Press the SET button to confirm or leave the setting to confirm and exit automatically.
