i had used the stroller twice, then my babysitter took it out for a stroll and the handle snapped right off in her hands when she was turning the corner.  i had already tossed the box and paperwork, so returning it isn't an option.  i also tried glueing it with a variety of crazy glues, but this part is simply not glueable.  there must be a few simple screw-in parts that can be replaced - HELP me to find the replacement parts!

handle broke off at plastic adjustment connection

The handle busted right off during a 4 mile event. It made the day very difficult. Thankfully we were not on a big hill when the handle broke. Regretfully I to, will not purchase from Bell again. I prefer manufactures who support their product with replacement parts.

(800) 456-2355 is the customer service number for Bell. Unfortunately, the stroller only has a 1 year warranty and no replacement parts. I won't be buying their products again.

I repaired one of these for a next door neighbor. As well as the rest is made, I can't believe they used so little thought as to the durability of the handle.

First, find someone who is handy with tools as you will have to drill out the pop rivets holding the plastic handle swivel onto the steel handles. Use a 7/32" drill bit. You have to remove the velcro glued around the base of the bottom piece to get to them.

The tubing is 20mm inside diameter / 22 mm outside diameter. This means its a fraction over 3/4" inside diameter and a fraction under 7/8" outside diameter.

Having some odds and ends pieces of pipe and electrical conduit, I chose some 1/2" plastic conduit, marked off the approx depth it needed to go into the handle tubes, and cut it to length. (one bonus here is that I was able to adjust the length of the handle to suit my neighbors stride)

The fit was not exact, but an electric sander was quickly used to fit the plastic conduit into both sides of the handles.

Through-drill the conduit through the original holes, insert 4 bolts and cap nut that fit and its done!

Door is locked, handle is broken, how do I open the door?

YES!!! Samething happened to me!!!
I haven't fixed it yet BUT I know how to get in~You have to take the handle off...completely. May have to break the plastic...
You'll need 2 flat head screwdrivers.
You have to push the metaal part that would have been attached to the plastic handle and then pull the door out where it meets with the machine. Like where the grey inner seal is. Be gentle but firm handed. Think push with one driver~pull out with the other. Be patient as it will be fustrating the first time.
Good luch tho!!!

How to fold zooper kroozer jogging stroller

I believe that near the handle bar on either side there is plastic tubing over the metal section. You pull the plasticy bit up towards the handle bar - one has a metal lever under which you release (lhs I think) this then splits the side bars into 2 parts and in theory it drops down neatly

How do I fold the Bell Jogging Stroller?

OH SNAP!! I just went back and figured it out. So provided your Bell Jogger Stroller is like mine, here's what you do: look for the black plastic clips on the sides of the frame. As you face the stroller head-on, these clips should be on either side of the passenger area. The clips have semi-circular grips. Pull up on these to release the clips. This should allow the push handle to fold down toward the floor. Then make sure the snaps holding the cargo pocket below are UNsnapped, allowing the stroller to completely fold in half. To set it back up again, reverse the process although I would re-snap the snaps last of all.

I would look online or email [email protected] and they will let you know if it's replaceable. The service isn't quick though so be patient.

good luck finding one. Mine also broke and I called Bell to see if they have these poarts available. As the stroller is no longer in production, they have no parts available. I found a used one in a Goodwill-type store and am currently using it for spare parts.
