you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code.
The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
If you guys want to learn the PUK code just call your service provider and ask for it. It took me couple sec. and it's free of charge. No need to change the SIM card.
PUK stands for PIN Unblocking Keycode. If you enter wrong PIN three times in a row, then your SIM card is blocked. To unblock it you need PUK.
Normally, PUK is printed on the SIM card. Now, since all phone only using small part of the SIM card, the PUK should be on the rest of the card. (when we receive a new SIM card, usually it comes as a card, then we remove the small part containing the chip to put in the phone).
If it is not on the card, or you have not keep the card, contact your service/network provider for PUK. Or, simply obtain new sim card.
In my country, anyone can get new sim card for around USD 50cents. So obtaining new card is the simplest way here.

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN

DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will

i have a nokia5610XpressMusic, whenever i turn on the phone it asks for the PUK code and says that the PIN code is blocked. i bought the phone from another country and i threw all the papers and reciepts that came with it, so is there any other way to figure out the PUK code??
