Not spining or draining

At the end of the wash/rinse programmes the drum would turn slowly while the pump removes the majority of the water and when the tub is virtually empty the drum will begin building speed over time until the spin speed is reached. The pump remains running until the end of the spin. That is how things usually go.

An automatic washer doesn't drain - it is pumped out!

Your description suggests either there is something wrong with the pump or programmer.

First check if the water remaining in the drum?
If it is, then the fault is in the drain phase (drain pump,filter...etc.) before the spining cycle.
Otherwise, faulty is motor, belt, electronic....etc.
By the way, model is unknown to me.

Sounds like your drain line is clogged. You may also have stuff clogging a water filter just before the pump, or the water outlet coming from the drum.
It could also be a problem with the pump, but until the drain line is opened up, you still won't be able to empty the water from the washer.

CLOTHES ARE SOAKED BECAUSE YOUR WASHER IS NOT DRAINING THE WATER.....ONCE YOUR MACHINE HAS DRAINED ENOUGH WATER OUT IT SHOULD START SPINNING AGAIN

Access the water pump and look for plugged drain hoses or a plugged filter as well as a slipping impeller on the pump shaft--or even a dead pump motor. Spin usually will not occur if there is a high water level in the machine. Try draining the tub into a bucket, then see if it will go into spin mode. Hope this helps!

check the tub to pump and pump to drain for blockages of debris,the pump should drain the bulk of the water,then it should spin out the rest unless the belt is that glazed,get to the spin cycle and pull out the washer drain hose out of the house drain stand pipe and see how much force water is while being pumped out while just pumping and not spinning,there should be the water stream the size of the inside of the drain hose and good velocity of water flow to the drain

1st,check if you have lay down the drain hose to the ground,2nd if the drain hose is blocked.3rd,if the drain pump has problem

any error codes maybe f21,take the bottom panel off, you'll see the pump on the right hand side,use a pair of plyers to unscrew the middle part of pump,if you have a shop vac turn the middle part counter clock wise slowly when water starts coming out vac it up,also put a towel under the pump to catch water,when it's drained unscrew the middle part all the way and take it out and clean out the pump,feel around inside to make sure nothing is stuck in the impeller of the pump, try blowing through the other end of drain line to see if there is a block in it,put it back together and run it,put it on spin drain and make sure water is pumping out the drain line,if not the pump could of been damaged and you need to replace it
