please you have nothing driver cd original but please you go the
buye the printer autho. dealer and take a same model printer's driver cd
and copy the instoll in pc driver cd thru
and save a driver cd

your printer instoll is currently fail and you your printer is un instill and you go the control panelt and you select the add remu the open and select to printerdriver and aply the remou the driver and second time you have original driver printer cd thru instoll the printer driver and printer is ok

please you r printer driver cd original is use. first old progreem printer driver is instol and restart pc and 10 minut wait and instoll aoriginal driver. and your printer is so the paper tray in fixed. second carteries is out of printer and so in fixed paper. and add a cartries and start printer and aply paper and aply print.
