Check to see if the Seagate Dashboard Service is running. To do this, right click on My Computer and go to Manage, in the list on the left click on Services and Applications and then select Services.
In the list on the right, please scroll and look for the Seagate Service. Check to see if it is listed and is started. If it isn't started, and is set to disable, I would right click on Seagate Service and go to properties.
On the General tab, I would change it from Disabled to Manual, click okay, and then right click again on the Seagate Service, and select Start.
If Seagate is not listed, it might be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the application. Contact Seagate support for the link with the updated version of the software."
