Probably you damaged the motherboard with an incompatible charger, You are very likely to need to have it replaced and to buy a fujitsu spare charger or at least an aftermarket compatible one...the charger might have broke instead because of overheating caused by the higher load, but cannot be sure about it because you didn't post full specs.

the bios battery is located either under the keyboard or under the motherboard itself, this means you have to take the laptop appart to get to it, once you find the battery its straight forwardfrom there on in

do you see any lights on ..be descriptive..
do hear any beeps..can u hear anything...fans working hd clicking cd drive kicking in etc

check there must be a on off switch for wireless, or
press fn key and the key that has marked wireless together
