Found this on another site, the problem is that SOYO appears to be very dead (which you probably already knew...). Their website is up for sale but I did find this number. call SOYO at: 909-292-2500

Hi, If you have already contacted customer support from DIRECT T.V. and they could not help ( that is to say give you a universal remote code), It's quite possible a universal remote code is not provided by SOYO. Unfortunately in is quite common for import t.v. manufacturers to NOT supply their remote controls code. This ensures the sales of replacement remote sales! If you have the original remote I can walk you through the repair process-Sorry I didn't have better news, although I hope I've been of some help. Prodzilla
