I can not get my naxa NM-107S/Digital Audio Player to turn on

I have not yet found any information on a Naxa NX-104 MP3 player. What I have found is information on Naxa MP3 players with the model numbers NM followed by a number (but not 104.) Do you have the model number right?

The information I have found on the Naxa MP3 players is that they come with earphones. Did your MP3 player come with earphones when you purchased it? It should have, if you purchased it new.

Just follow instructions of masnual to set your MP3 player in "record" mode.
Anything you record is saved in a folder. To play back, select thet particular folser and play bach what you recorded.
Normally MP3 recorders use some kind of "DATE" notation, indicating in filename the date and time you made the recording.

Have you tried completely charging it. switching it to on. and holding on to the play button for a minute?

Well to turn it off just switch the thing to off. then hold on to the play button for while, it will say byebye and there you go :]]
To add songs just sync by using windows media player or real player. Try one at a time though.

I think it recharges by taking some power from the computer when it is connected. I also use a cell phone charger from the razor series of phone.

I have found that mine looses it's memory due to a dead battery. I have to connect it to a pc, format the player just like you would format a usb thumb drive. When you power it back on, it will flash the memory and rebuild the play list. Sometimes, it will loose my music, but all I have to do is load them back out to the player. It's kinda a hassel, but I don't care because I change the songs on it on a regular basis anyway.
