Try this.
Right click on the desktop and create a new Text Document, rename it spooler.bat
Be sure your computer is set to display file extensions otherwise you will end up with a file called spooler.bat.txt but the .txt will not be displayed. Right click on the file and select edit. type the following:
net stop spooler
net start spooler
Save the file.
Between print jobs, run this by right clicking on the file and Run as Administrator. Maybe restarting the spooler will work and you will not have to reboot.
Go to START MENU Select Commad prompt and right click & runs as administrator (For Windows Vista or Windows). Type the letter "cmd" Type the word "net stop spooler" Exit Go to C drive Choose to Windows Folder Click show content Choose system32 folder Choose spool folder Choose printer And delete all printing jobs pending Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler" Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on. It will work fine right now I hope it helps you
I have a Idea for you to try.... I know you may of tried this already? Do you have a lap top? If so, try to print to the copier with a cross over cable.... Basicly emulate a network with your lap top. If it prints fine, even after the five minutes. It has to be some thing with there network. The problem is, that the "IT" person will not admit to any wrong doing, because they made a error to fix another problem with the network. I am not a network person, but if the coiper is working "OK" and you can print to it "OK". It can only be with the network only... Good Luck
Sir,
You are suggested to do just three thing get you printer refilled , serviced and last thing to reinstall the drivers once again by replace repairing your windows to.
I have the MFC 465CN - I was receiving two error codes:
Unable To Clean - Error 30
Unable to initialize
To fix, I first cleared the memory by unplugging the printer, then holding down the red stop/exit button, keep it held, power up the printer, and dont let up the button until it finishes the start up.
I then pressed the "ink" button and performed a cleaning, alignment, and quality check. After this, everything worked fine.
DO NOT try to print anything from your computer or have any pending print jobs while doing this - it appears that pending print jobs, or anything in the printers memory was interferring with the initilization and cleaning cycle it performs.
A customer called me with the same msg. Let me explain first what the problem was..they had a Graphic PDF that on the HD was 20 MB but when extracted was well over 200 MB..first I had thought the pdf was exeeding the Printers memory but after testing it was not. The customer was printing the document using adobe PRO I had him print the document in reader 8.1 and made sure the print as image under advanced was selected and the document printed..
