swipe down from the top to reveal wifi, GPS, sound etc. Then simply disable driving mode. done

It could be a faulty microphone. Test it by finding a voice recording app and see if it records your voice. I would start anyway by resetting (restarting) the phone.

Hi, welcome to fixya!
The problem you are encountering is a mouthpiece problem. The mouthpiece of your phone needs to be replaced.
But you can use your phone with a bluetooth device or a headphone. This will enable your callers hear you when you call pending the time you replace the bad mouthpiece.

Samsung Galaxy s3 s voice can't hear me but my phone calls are fine
If the microphone on the headphone work, then the built in microphone near the base of the phone could be bad. If you don;t want to have the phone fixed yet, keep using the headphone or get a Bluetooth headphone set.

The Galaxy S3 is quite old, in smartphone lifetime, so I suggest upgrading to a S6 or better.
