Philips tv powered off and wont turn back on

There is a smt located at 7404 [C-6 Bottom] A common problem, does the tv make a sound like it wants to come on? Location 3239 should be small resistor, 3414 another resistor and a driver transformer at 5402 if it looks burned. See MCM electronics website and see if there is a kit to repair this. Or ask for part #s as per location of problem area mentioned. What you will be doing is changing the timing so all the components will come on at the same time. If this is done correctly you will notice the top of tv screen will flash red, green and blue lines. This will be the new norm each time you turn it on. But it will be OK. This is what the flashing green light is telling you. signed the Green Lantern7!!!!!!!
