Testimonial: "Hi when I turn it on it flashes for about 30 minutes then stops and green light stays on constantly then it works, I have just had the batteries checked they were dud, ebay seller sold me scooter with dud batteries. so have now bought new ones and works fine :]"
make sure battery cables are secure at battery terminals and clean.how old are the batteries. If the batteries run down fast they are no good.a good way to test them is put scooter against some thing solid and go forward. If the battery indicator drops to o the batteries are no good.It takes about 10 hours to charge the batteries

The problem of your legend XL can view from two different ways and also be view at same time from point.
1). From the wire connections and
2). From the ulterlator (i.e motor battery changer).
What you are to do to fix up this problem is to carefuly trace the wire of the power connector if it providing power on to the battery ,if dose not then it means that there is a power faile from the power which has been the couse of the power faile of the battery.
Then the wireing programm will need to be rerun so a to solve the battery problem.
Thank you and thank for using fixya.
