The belt broke and I need a new belt..only to find out that sears doesn't sell parts for the sears craftsman jobsite saw model JT2502RC

Huh??? According to my parts manual you need an "2YFD" belt. ereplacementparts.com has it for $3.88 be sure to check that this is the belt you want BEFORE ordering it.
Sears should have it. How do you know Sears does NOT sell this part?

I am a Support Engineer with Xerox Scanners.

If the Drive belt came loose or broke off from the scanner, the best suggestion I could recommend is to replace the scanner. We do not sell the drive belt to replace or fix the scanner.

We recommend to contact us, so we could provide you further assistance with your issue. Contact us at 800-648-0410.

My belt broke and now my car wont start why not?

Ok. If your car was running and then the belt broke and you continued to drive it. The case may be that you drained the battery because the alternator runs on the belt and the alternator keeps battery charged and if belt broke and you continued to drive then you may need to jump start vehicle. I guess I shouldve asked earlier but have you replaced belt yet?

Timing belt broke is this a low tolorance enging

A 1991 GEO is worth scraping if this is your problem
A water pump is also needed to replace with the belt
It is a rule of thumb for the belt drives the pump as well
Think about selling it to a local kid as his first car that he has to fool with. The monet to fix it is really not worth investing into it
The fuel pump for these cost more than the worth of this car now

Broken belt

The web site below sells Gilson belts - you need the part number. If you do not have the part number, maybe if you contact them, they can match the belt to your tiller number.

http://www.psep.biz/store/gilson_tiller_belts.htm

Also, another web store, Jacks small Engines (jackssmallengines.com) states that they carry parts for Gilson, but I did not find Gilson in their directory. You may have to contact them.
One of the web sites mentioned that at some point Gilson was bought by Lawn Boy. If you go to a local Lawn Boy dealer, they may be able to match up a belt.
I have a 1978 WheelHorse tractor. The drive belt for the mowing deck broke. I went to Home Depot, spend a good 1/2 hour measuring belts, and found one that works perfectly. If you go to your local outdoor equipment shop, especially one that sells, repairs tillers, they may be able to match up a belt for you. A belt is a belt is a belt. If you go to a "good old fashioned shop" that will spend the time, they can measure the old belt and hopefully come up with a match.
Good Luck!

Can't find replacement belt for Zach & Dani's coffee roaster

After we got over our anger of Nesco/American Harvest using 'insurance reasons' for not selling the drive belt to repair our roaster, we went to Office Max and purchased a bag of (10 @ $2.44) Alliance 'X-Treme' file bands (good ol rubber bands) they are 7" stretchable in size, and these particular ones are the new EPDM formula, which adds durability, last longer and is latex free so they don't dry out. This was extremely easy to fix vs packing and sending the complete unit to WI and then paying twenty some dollars for repair and waiting three weeks plus for return not to mention postage to and from. I've roasted three batches (including testing) so far and we are on the same rubber band. Works very well for us
