You go into your email account. You will see system folders like Inbox, Junk or Spam, Delete, Trash, etc. In that column there should be a New Folder or Add Folder option? Simply use that function to create new email folders with the names you choose. Cannot be system folder names! Then when you get emails or create emails, you can catoregize them into those folders by name, topic, etc.

Do you mean "Directory" or "Folder"? Use Windows Explorer to create new folders. Files are created by applications when you save your work. Most Windows applications (like Word) can also create folders. When you click "save as", you get a new pop-up window. The picture with the yellow folder and * next to it is how you create a new folder. When you put a name at the bottom, and click "OK", that makes a file.

you dont need installation disk just log on to copier via the ip adress and set it up via the web interface. the log on is admin or administrator

You can make scan-to-folder with this machine.
First you need to create users and then put the path to the folder of each user (user=Pc).
Befor you put the path to the folder you need to create new folders on each PC.
Do not forget to:
1 - share that folder with full permissions.
2 - Log in authentication for each PC.

Usually you are not limited in the number of folders you can create. You can have this problem if you are not createing folders to store the pictures in. Make sure ther are no pictures or other files outsde the folders in the root directory. If that does not help, that that drive to a camera store or coptuter shop that can do a data recovery. If there is a corruption in the USB directory then you may get problems like this as well. Reformatting the USB drive might help, but you will need to remove everything from it first. If the explorer shows you have some space left and can not create any file or folder, it might be because of heavily fragmented drive. try defragmenting thr drive using any application. I usually use O&O defrag .

Enter in the user tools or service mode and change the names.

It is NOT possible to create folders or files with the same name within the same folder.
