SOURCE: How to proof read a large pages book in a very short time?

Actually I haven't the idea that where should you get that. But I can give you some solution. At first you can contact with some publisher.they may know some proof readers personally.
You just contact them and ask for help. But they may not be able to give the service in a short time.So you should be contact with some large proof read company. And you should have do that quickly.Because you have less time in your hand.Additionally you can try this site.

If you publish a book with a publisher do you get a cut from every book they sell or do they buy the book off you?

It would depend on the contract, some contracts buy the rights to a book, which means (again depending on the wording) that they own it, they can make changes to it and your book may turn out very different from what you intended. It also means they can sell it.
Authors need expert legal advice.
Research is an important part of writing, and researching publishing contracts and all that go with them is even more so. http://www.fonerbooks.com/contract.htm

Self-publishing on Amazon?

Keep on trying for an agent or send your work yourself to publishers who accept unagented material. go to the library or on line for these sources. Some big publishing houses have contests each year for self published books. good luck!

If you see a writing prompt and want to make an actual book out of it, is that wrong?

not at all! that's pretty much the point of a prompt. just make sure you aren't stealing an idea off of someone who claims they want to use an original prompt they made or has a work published. Basically, don't plagiarize and you're fine

Doubtful, to get anything published no matter how great or unique, without writing or grammatical skills. Why don't you take some classes first? Hine your English and writing skills, then write your story.
