Question about Samsung Cameras
I am trying to put pictures from my digital camera onto my computer, but when I put the USB connector in, nothing comes up. I thought there might be an installation disk, but I checked the box and there is none, although I don't know if this may be my fault and I may have misplaced it. What I want to know is how do I get the pictures off my camera?
Your USB clearly is not finding the camera...plug into another usb port and click control panel ..computer..Cdrive should show any connectivity with any device including your camera ..if it isnt connecting try another connecting cord..GOD BLESS

don't bother with the software
connect your camera
open my computer
look for your camera or an extra hard drive
click on it
there will be a folder there with your photo's in it
copy and paste them to wherever you want
hope this helps

The best thing to do after downloading all your pictures to your computer is to format the card in the camera. This prevents the card from getting fragmented, which is a sure recipe for disaster.

On most cameras, copy to card signals the camera to copy the internal memory pics to the memory card. The missing pics should now be on your memory card.
