What's the problem with your sim card..As far as I know there are two possibilities to get this kind of error message. One is poor signal of that respective network for which you just need to switch OFF and ON your mobile and the mobile will be able to receive the signal from near by tower. You may also get this error message when you are trying to insert a sim other than which the mobile is locked to.To solve this problem you need to unlock the phone from that particular network or use the same sim to which the mobile is locked to.To unlock your Motorola phone purchase unlock code from any vendors online like

Phone displays "SIM card rejected" or "SIM card unaccepted".

The SIM (subscriber identity module) card is a small card inside your phone that establishes a network connection. The SIM card is provided by your operator or service provider. In most cases, they are the best source of assistance with SIM card problems. Your phone may display a SIM card error message if:
  • The SIM card is out of alignment. If the phone has recently been dropped, bumped, or opened, the SIM card may need adjusting. Follow the SIM card installation instructions in your user guide.
  • The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is entered incorrectly multiple times. This can inactivate the SIM card. If inactivation appears to be permanent, contact your operator or service provider for a new SIM card.
  • You have recently changed service providers. In this case, either your SIM card or your phone may be configured for your previous operator and may require reconfiguring. It may also be that your phone is configured so that it cannot be used with a SIM card from a different operator or service provider. Please contact your current operator or service provider for assistance.
If none of the situations above apply and you continue to receive this error message, your SIM card may be damaged. Please contact your operator or service provider to have the SIM card tested and/or replaced. Or alternately, bring your phone to the nearest Nokia Care point for inspection

How to fit sim card to ipad

Insert the tip of the SIM eject tool or a straightened paper clip into the hole of the SIM card tray on the side of the iPad.

Press the SIM eject tool or paper clip firmly into the hole until the SIM tray ejects.

Remove the SIM card from the tray, if necessary, and place the other SIM card in the tray.

Push the SIM card tray back into the iPad.

When I switch On my phone it says "Sim card not valid". And its not taking the Sim Card. But without the sim card its perfect. My IMEI is 359849016183862. Please help me...

Hi, what might be the possible cause of the problem is either the Sim card your using on the phone or the Sim tray where the Sim card is inserted in the phone.

You can use the Sim card in another phone to be sure the Sim card is working properly.

After that, if the Sim card works,That means that Sim tray is damaged and will need to be replaced.

Have a nice day.

Sim card

Hi,
How to correct sim card error / insert sim card

Procedure to follow

Step 1: Check the sim tray or sim seater to see if it it broken, if it is, replace it
Step 2: If the sim seater/tray is not broken, clean the entire terminal.
Step 3: If the sim seater/tray is not directly on the board, trace the broken led and solder it, or you replace the broken led with another sim tray.
Step 4: If it is still not working, change the battery and put a new battery, because a virus infected battery will always give such problem.
Step 5: Finally, if the problem still persist, then check the sim card and replace with another sim card if the former is bad because a bad sim card will always display such message as insert sim card or sim card error.

Take care

How to put sim card to the iphone?

SIM card slot is in top of iPhone. From iPhone Manual:

If your SIM card was not preinstalled, you must install the SIM card before you can use iPhone.

Install the SIM card:
1 Insert the end of the SIM eject tool into the hole on the SIM tray.
Press firmly and push it straight in until the tray pops out. If you don’t have a SIM eject tool, you can use the end of a paper clip.

2 Pull out the SIM tray and place the SIM card in the tray. The angled corner of the SIM ensures that the card fits only the correct way in the tray.

3 With the tray aligned as shown, carefully replace the SIM tray containing the SIM card in iPhone.

Sim card rejected

Try inserting the sim card in another phone. If it still doesn't work, the problem could really be with the sim card. Go to your service provider, and request for your sim card number transfered to another sim card. That is if you wanna keep the same number. You could request for another sim card if you'd like. Call your service provider.
