I have a N95. the phone works perfectly except for the speaker. when a call comes the speaker rings perfectly but other the that it does not work. i have to recive calls via blue tooth. what do i do

As long as the internet connection (GPRS) is good, you can play youtube perfectly.anyway, restore your phone by typing *#7780#.If the problem still persist you need to contact you sim card provider.Good luck.

with the new casing the ear piece hole may be close.. just chech if the ear piece is closed

Re-check the connections between the flex cable and board. Your problem may be a cause of a shorted pins... Good Luck... ^_^

I just had this problem - and I have been messing with it for an hour.... but I finally fixed it - Try this - touch the speaker symbol on top (The system status window should pop-up) then touch the speaker symbol again (Now you should have two tabs - one for system and one for ring) Touch ring and slide it up. This worked for me.

Can you open your n95 by yourself? if yes, detached the LCD then cleand its LCD connector by alighter fluid using a small brush..thank you..

profile is in any other mode except silent check the ringing in profile if it is off make it on now u cah hear the ringtones

you phone needs to be properly diagnose , i am unable to do this from my end, so you should take it to your nearest mobile service center and have it check most likely it is the phone ringer and speaker that needs to be replaced.

If its under 14 days take back to the shop you got it from, if over then take to Nokia service centre to be fixed under warranty, if you bought from a someone and dont know what the state of play is with the warranty take to your local unlocking shop and they will fix it, I charge £15 in my shop to fix such a fault.
