I have lost my manual for my Panasonic 800w microwave, and cannot reset the clock. It keeps coming up error, refresh, but don't know how! can you help? Thanks

According to the manual this is how to set clock.

To set the clock, press "Clock" once or "Timer/Clock" twice (depending on your keypad).
The colon symbol (:) will flash.
Enter time of day. The time appears in the window; the colon continues to flash.
Press "Clock" or "Timer/Clock" again - colon stops flashing; time of day is set.

The first thing I would try is a hard reset, which is just unplugging it for a couple of minutes, plugging it back in, and trying again.

If it still fails, you probably have a failed membrane keypad.

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour. Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

Otherwise, your controller or keypad may have moisture on it.
