I can successfully pair the ULTRA with my Prius hands free system; however, when I leave my car and return to it later (overnight) even though the hands free says that my cell phone is connected, it doesn't work. I can remove the cellphone from my hands free then when I try to add it again, the cell phone reports that there are no bluetooth devices detected.

yes what you need to do is not go into the phone menu but main settings menu of the head unit in there is a setting for bluetooth go into that and you can highlight and delete pairing do this for the lg vu as well and then it should free up and let you reinstall it normaly if that doesnt work get back to me and maybe we can set up a live phone chat and i can walk you while im sitting my prius so i can give you more specific instuction

it might help to delete the connection and pair the phone and the bluetooth device. Have you checked on the phone under the bluetooth meny if the bluetooth device is approved?

hi wikis69 you need to delete the first phone. Next you need to make sure the phone is in discovery mode. Next you need to make sure that the hands free kit is in trusted device mode. Next repair the phone again. If the phone is still not pairing take the battery out, and then you need to do it again. hope this helps
I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e152e07e272e4f27
