Hi, When I turn on the power switch is turned on, but the sound is not heard and no heater movement does not even error. And can not be copied and Astablyzr.

The only thing I did differently, that worked like a charm, was to =open the door on the other side of the machine, and =swing down the two green levers (one on each side); this released the roller tension and removal of the paper was easy. =Once the paper has been gently removed, put back up the two green levers, and =close everything up, re-installing the toner cartridge as you do.
