My carafe for model :XQ626WT is cracked where can I purchase a replacement

I have not found any replacement carafe specifically for your model of West Bend coffee makers on any of the websites (US based) selling replacement glass carafes.

I also looked on the West Bend company web pages. This is the link to the company listing of drip coffee maker replacement parts:

I did not find a replacement carafe for your model here, either:

However, look at the last paragraph on that web page. You may want to contact the Customer Service department in hopes they can provide a replacement carafe which will fit your machine.

I replaced my broken carafe on model: 169164 by purchasing a RIVAL 12 cup coffee maker PIL-HC08104 from WalMart for $10.24 and simply put my black handles on the new pot whaic had white handles. The pot appear to be exactly the same.

I have the same coffee maker & mine carafe broke too, The Carafe is $10.95 incl. shipping & handling, you will need to call Maxi-Matic customer service @ 626-912-9877 & they will e-mail you a order form to fill out. Hope this help.

Well, I see this is an old posting but I have a CC500 with a leak problem and it's only a few months old. Upon removing the screws which hold the seal housing on the underside of the carafe, I found a small crack in the plastic seal surface around the hole. I am going to repair the crack with superglue but have no faith that this will stop the leak. I searched the internet for a replacement carafe and haven't been able to find one. I suspect this unit will hit the garbage can as no generic carafe would work with this unit. Sorry, I think the solution is to purchase another coffee maker.
