Order # 103-4056447-9050618, I received my DVD order of the complete dvd collection of Dark Shadows, however, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 96 PAGE BOOKLET with the order. Nor did I receive a packing slip. The 96 page booklet was advertised to be included with the dvd's, in the brochure I received in the mail. The brochure also said this complete set and booklet was available only on Amazon.com. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU CAN SEND ME THIS BOOKLET. THANK YOU.

Are you sure that the original documents fed through properly? If the document feeder double feeds then the machine will think that there is only one document, the first one. If the machine does not through up an error then this may well be the problem. Check with normal copying first. Also remember, you would need at least 5 or more documents to make a booklet as each page has 4 A4 pages reduced to A5.

Sounds like your "Outgoing" mail server settings aren't correct.

1. Use two column format for the paragraph
select paragraph --> Page Layout Tab --> Select Columns in Page setup group --> Select two
2. While Printing --> Select Two Pages in Zoom Option
