Flames coming out of the exhaust can be caused by several things.
The fryer could be set up for natural gas and it is installed on a propane system. The fryer can be leaking oil near the burner tube and the oil is burning causing excess flame. There could be grease buildup in the flue in the back of the fryer from people hanging the baskets in the wrong place.

Hi!!

I seems like you have a plugged up filter and/or an obstruccion in the exhaust hose/pipe.

Remove and clean lint filter, also remove exhaust hose/pipe from back of dryer and remove any lint accumulated. Check also the exhaust hole in the dryer.

Duet gas dryer flame does not stay lite

The flame should cycle on and off in response to the thermostat2.gif. If it is going out and not coming back on several minutes later then the exhaust vent may be clogged. Check the lint filter and exhaust vent all the way to the vent outlet to make sure they are not clogged.

Flames out of exhaust

too much gas comming out on carburator + too much electricity produces by spark plug causes the flame to come out of the exhaust, adjust your carburator to lower consumption, also adjust your valve seal a little if you use .8 in and 1.0 out make it .7 in and .9 out, then check your wiring specially the coil, if you add another accessories such as horn lightings that you add another relays check them again

Exhaust comes realy orange

there is a excess build up of oil in the exhaust, remove the exhaust and pour some petrol inside the exhaust and light it, leave it for around 30 mins to let it burn away the oil. Be VERY careful when lighting as sometimes you get a little flame puff out of bith ends.
