Printing 4 x 6 cards

Try opening the rear door and let the cards deliver in the back instead.

HP does not recommend printing 3 x 5 cards on this printer. It has a tray for printing 4 x 6 photos but, that is the smallest size available. However, you can set up Microsoft Word to print 3 x 5 cards on regular letter paper and then glue them to the cards. Or you can print them on card stock and cut them out.

Evolis pebble4 printer is a single side card printer . It doesn't has mechanism to flip the card.
If you want to flip the card automatically you must go for Evolis Dualys or higher model.

Printing one side is all that printers do. It takes two runs to print both sides....Size issue can be adjusted in the set up options, under paper types...

Just check for thickness adjustment pointer near card feeder . It should be 0.8 for standard cards.
Check in driver settings also if you have selected for manual feeding.
You may need to clean the Roller situated at feeder.

Make sure you have selected gold ribbon in printer graphic properties.
Also you can try changing luminosity and treatment options in graphics under Advanced setting.
Check for print on a white card also as problem may be due to card surface also .
You should cklean print head also at once.

My Eltron P310 card printer pulls in the ribbon alongwith the card, past the print head. Thanks for any advice

the card are not being fed when printing a test card...

I think the card is too heavy or too thick for the machine as when it prints it has to turn the paper. If the card is too rigid it is unable to bend causing a paper jam. Suggestion is to try a less grade of card.

This machine will only print certain sizes as borderless. A5 is not one of them. You can use the following media with this feature: Matte Paper - Heavyweight: A4, Letter Premium Glossy Photo Paper:A4, Letter, 5 x 7", 10 x 15 cm/4 x 6", 8 x 10" Photo Paper:A4 Premium Semigloss Photo Paper:A4, Letter, 10 x 15 cm/4 x 6" Glossy Photo Paper:Letter, 10 x 15 cm/4 x 6" As you can see A5 is not in the list, therefor you will not be able to print A5 borderless via the normal means.
