Model No: MBP35BW - Hi, when we turn the monitor and camera on, they link with sound, but there is no picture. If you turn both units off and on (this sometimes takes numerous times) the camera comes on the monitor. Sometimes, the screen then turns green and again, both camera and monitor need to be turned off and on (again, sometimes numerous times!). Any ideas?? I have ordered a new battery from monitor and tomorrow I am going to order one for camera....however, don't want to spend any more if I need to buy a new baby monitor ....Tia

You might have to pair the parent units to the base units. here is the manual, look under troubleshooting:

I just fixed my unit that had this same problem. You have to re-pair the two units... Turn the parent unit off. Hold the "volume down" button while you turn the parent unit back on. The unit should beep and flash all volume lights. Release the volume button and the press again for ~2 seconds. The volume lights will light up and stay on. Next, turn the nursery unit off and then back on. This should re-pair the two. I hope it fixes your problem!

Hi there, I had the same problem. My baby monitor used to work fine, and then all of a sudden it wasn't picking up my baby's cries. I used to be able to hear the static in the background, but I couldn't even hear that anymore. If I pressed the "sensitivity" button on the side of the parent unit, I could hear the static and my baby, but after a minute it would shut off. Very frustrating!
It turns out that somehow the sensitivity had been set to low. (Maybe this had something to do with the time I let my baby play with it...) I turned the sensitivity back up to high and it worked fine.
To set the sensitivity, press and hold the sensitivity button (located on the side of the unit) for about one second. There will be a number of blue lights that light up on the front -- the more lights that light up the higher the sensitivity is. (Mine was set at 2 out of 5, not very sensitive.) While the lights are on, press the + button (located on the face of the unit) to increase the sensitivity (or press the - button to decrease it, but that is probably not what you want to do if you are reading this post.) Press + until all 5 blue lights are on, and you'll be at max sensitivity. (You can adjust it later if this is too sensitive, once you find out of this fixes your problem.)
After a minute, your baby monitor will set itself to the sensitivity level that you set. So if the sensitivity level is really low, the monitor will seem to turn "off" after a minute. If it is high, you should still hear some static.
Hope this answer helps someone! I am really glad I don't have to take this unit back, I like it.

I would say try disconnecting the battery and waiting fifteen seconds, then reconnecting the battery.. If you can't disable the batteries...
I would recommend seeing if there is anything interfering with the wifi between the monitors.
