SOURCE: gf 40 frymaster fryer

Hi, I am suposing that this fryer has worked good in this location before. If not, check to make sure it is set up right for your gas supply. (LP-Nat) There is something wrong with the gas - air flow in your unit. Look for obvious things first like exhaust being blocked, Flame dancing out side of fire area, Pilot too small, Build up of debris in fire box. The pilot should be able to be adjusted at the gas valve if it is too small. I believe you problem could be taken care of best with a good cleaning of the burner, fire box and pilot assemble. Make sure that all burner holes are clean especially around the pilot light. Check for oily debris inside the fire box to make sure its not leaking into the fire area. If you are unable to do this yourself, contact some one either in the restaurant equipment service business or heating and air conditioning business. Hope I have helped you. kstfas NOTE: If this answer does not rate at least 4 marks, (almost there) please do not rate. Thank You.

SOURCE: Frymaster Pilot not lighting

first thing I would check is to make sure the quick disconect on the gas hose is fully connected, and that the cut off valve is tured on.Sometimes the orifice in the pikot assembly can become stopped up.(where you light it by the burner)you can check there by undoing the gas line at the compression nut on the assembly.the hole is really small and you can use a small needle to clear it.

Frymaster Dean Deep Fryers pilots light automatically go off

Will this heat up at all. Is it the same Model # as the one you .have some changes from the one you have for 2 years ago might have been made. check model # and make sure it is the same The light that go's out might be when the unit come up to the setting you put you Thermostat on meaning it heated up and will come back on when the temp drops and it starts to heat back up. it's that simple. if you just got this unit it should work if you turn the heating setting up . Let me know if the unit heats that is the starting point.

Getting 400 ppm of co at vent

Hi,
Too much CO is a result of a rich burn mixture...
Check to make sure that all the burner shutters are wide open...
If they are all open then the gas pressure needs to be turned down at the gas valve...
The screw to set the pressure is under a cap screw on the gas valve...
open the top and then turn the inside screw up or CCW to turn the flame down...

Frymaster fryer mj45eusd

If this is an electric fryer you may have a shorted element that will continue to heat when ever the fryer is turned on,even when it is not calling for heat. If it has 3 phase power, the elements could be wired wrong

Frymaster gf 14 won't come on

Ok sounds like your problem maybe that the gas valve is set to low. If you have access to a manometer you can put it on the outflow port of the gas valve and see what the reading is. It should be at 4" water column for this fryer. You possibly might even have a faulty gas valve, these will go out sometimes and still let the pilot bypass maintain regular operation. Please comment me back if you need more assistance with this.

Thanks

Frymaster fryer keeps calling for help on electronic keyboard.

There should be some kind of spark sensor usually where the gas line plugs into the pot. There is one wire hooked to it take the sensor out and clean it good. Soot could be building up on it causing it to nolonger sense a flame.
