You need to update the firmware of you router and do a hard reset after updating it. Download the latest firmware from Netgear's website and install it. To hard reset the router, press the reset button at the back of the router for 20 seconds, unplug the power for 30 seconds then plug it back in. You may have thousands of user download at the same time and server you are accessing may not be able to handle it.
go to the Playstation3 forum and see what other are saying about the site that you are downloading from. It may not be your router.

in order to upgrade the firmware please follow the steps:
1. Click the link (http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/wireless/linksys/)
2. Enter the model number of the router and hit enter.
3.Click Download Tab
4.Now enter the hardware version of the router (which you can find by turning the router upside down)
5.Now you can download the firmware which is a .bin file and save it to the desktop.
6.Open the router page and click Administration and click Firmware upgrade.
7.Select the file from the desktop by clicking Browse and start upgrade.
8.Turn off the router for 30 seconds after upgradation and turn it on..
