Can you check to see if dust has accumulated under the refrigerator and the fan under the refrigerator is blowing warm air?
If the fan is blowing correctly and you find dust blocking the condenser area beneath the fridge try to blow it out or vacuum it away from the fins or metal grid. Just a small amount of dust there or a leaking door gasket will make it hard for the refrigerator to cool properly. Also check that nothing has blocked the entrance or the exit of the condenser warm air area. Hope I have helped you today, Thanks Sea Breeze
Some refrigerators put the heat exchanger on the back or like some those you see now called dorm fridge the heat exchanger is placed inside the outside walls and as it cools inside the heat is passed through the outside walls. I tried to find a good view of yours and found only a crosley sales link and think I see a current model similar to yours called the All Refrigerator. I'll put the link below. The small hole in the element you see will affect the cooling, and the remaining freon will need removed the hole sealed with good epoxy put in the hole, a vacuum for about hour and recharged by someone that is good with refrigerators. Hope this helps, Sea Breeze

I can see no fans , fins or metal grid - under behind or inside . There is only a small compressor under & behind & a " cooling "? element inside top ( where the freezer would normally be ) I did find a small hole in the cooling element at the end of its "coil" also the unit can get frosty when i unplug it & replug , but within 15 min it's back to 45 degrees . I plugged the hole & got pretty much same results ! Does it lose freon through that hole or is that an overflow ??
