My phaser 6115mfp won't work. I get a message that says

I'm afraid it is the switch that is giving the Nand memory error, but can't verify this, because I don't know what model you are using. I can't find an error like this in the Epson high performance printer.

Press delete as the system boots up and go into BIOS Setup.

Change boot sequence so that your machine starts with the CD/DVD ROM disk.

Boot from the CD/DVD and do a clean installation.

Mite need to have the firmware updated Or have tech look at clearing the SRAM and DRAM.

Have a Konica Minolta Tech come out and re-flash the machine firm ware, can not be done with out access to a secure web site to down load the firmware

Update Firmware on machine to latest level ,you will need the print driver and scanner driver installed
use the USB connection

There is apdf that explains how to update the firmware correctly
to get started turn on machine with the menu key held down the display will change to BIOS mode
then send firmware from program downloaded

You need to use control center , which can be found at Xerox.com .
But here are the steps.
The MFP ControlCentre (MCC) provides an easy-to-use Graphical User Interface (GUI) that simplifies configuring the Phaser 6115MFP and managing fax directory lists from a computer over USB. The MCC stores configuration and setting information in a .dat file that is uploaded from the computer to the Phaser 6115MFP.

NOTE: It is also possible to save the .dat file to a directory on the computer.
To program dialing and enter recipient e-mail addresses using MCC:

1. Click on the [Start] button, then point to [Programs], select [Xerox Office Printing], then [Phaser 6115MFP], and then click on [Xerox Phaser 6115MFP MCC]. The MCC window will be displayed.
2. Click on the [Connect to Machine] button. 'Connection Status: Online' will be displayed in the MCC window.
3. Click on the [Download] button. The current .dat file will be downloaded to the MCC.
4. Click on the [Menu] button.
5. Click on the [+] on the left side of the window to configure Speed Dial, One-Touch Dialing, Group Dial, and e-mail addresses.
6. Enter the required settings, and then click on the [OK] button.
7. When finished, click on the [Upload] button, and then click on [Yes] to save these settings to the Phaser 6115MFP.
8. Click on the [Save] button to save the new .dat file to the computer.
9. When finished, click on the [Disconnect] button.
