Yes, there is a driver available for the Mustek P3600 A3 Pro for Windows 10. The driver can be downloaded from the official Mustek website [1], or from the Windows Update tool [2]. Once the driver is installed, it is important to keep the drivers updated in order to maintain the functionality of your computer [3]. Additionally, using a driver updater such as DriverDoc can be beneficial in keeping all of your PC drivers updated [2].

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the full model number of the slide and negative scanner and OS version on your MacBook Pro.

(By the way, if you are using a USB A (F) to USB C (M) adapter or a USB hub, that could be another source of communication failure between the scanner and the MacBook Pro. Try a direct connection or a different adapter.)
It's not the same ScanWizard Pro software that used to work on my PowerPC G5 running OSX 10.5 Leopard, but at least it enables me to use my ScanMaker 9800XL with my late 2011 17" MacBookPro and OSX 10.8.2 Mountain Lion. Get it, it works!
I had the same problem. Upgraded from G5 PowerPC Tiger OS to iMac Snow Leopard. Have a Snapscan 1236U (ScanWise) and got the same error message ("cannot find the current ColorSync System Profile"). Downloaded trial version of VueScan (www.hamrick.com) , scanner worked, so purchased the VueScan Professional Edition ($79.99) (Standard Version is $39.99). My scanner is now working GREAT!

I don't understand why my approach worked, but it did. Having tried all of the reasonable and obvious things, I downloaded an update of the Canon toolbox, which has to do with scanner operations rather than printing. Still, once I did this, I was able to use the MF4100 laser printer with my new computer.
