Press 414 and change CO-1 from NORMALHELP NUMBER +1 833 272 0777 to DIL and Enter Jack 01 for Reception or whatever Jack is connected your to preferred answer point
Do the same for each CO Trunk line. They could be different answer points or same

I have a panasonic KX-TG6051CM 5.8 phone with 3 handsets. After less than a year 2 of the 3 handsets developed the same problem, almost in the same time ( a couples of hours apart). The battery indicator shows low battery and is charging continuously even though the battery is fully charged ( when i swap the battery with my 3rd handset, the battery indicator shows fully charged and works fine ). The handsets were never dropped, never used in a moisture ladden environment ( like bathroom ) and when not in use they were kept in the charger. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.
