Halo teman! Maaf mendengar mesinmu mengalami masalah. Jadi, jika kamu melihat blok cyan dan black pada hasil cetakan, ini mungkin disebabkan oleh beberapa hal. Pertama, pastikan bahwa cartridge tinta cyan dan black di dalam mesinmu tidak kosong atau mendekati habis. Jika ya, gantilah cartridge tersebut dengan yang baru.

Selain itu, pastikan juga bahwa cartridge tinta terpasang dengan benar dan tidak ada masalah fisik pada printer, seperti koneksi yang longgar atau kotoran pada nozzle cetakan. Coba bersihkan nozzle dengan lembut menggunakan kain lembut atau tisu bersih.

Jika setelah mencoba langkah-langkah di atas masalah masih terjadi, bisa jadi ada masalah pada driver printer atau perangkat lunak yang terhubung dengan mesinmu. Pastikan driver atau perangkat lunak printermu terbaru dan kompatibel dengan sistem operasi yang kamu gunakan.

Go to support.dell.com. Submit the Service Tag and click on Drivers and Downloads. Make sure the Windows OS is listed correctly and then scroll down to the BIOS category. Do not run the BIOS from the web site, but instead, download them and save them to your desktop or other convenient place and run them from there. Your computer must have a good battery with at least 10% charge and also be plugged in. The BIOS update cannot be interrupted! If the update is interrupted, it WILL render your computer useless! Updating the BIOS is a good thing for your computer. You should make sure your BIOS is always current. It will make your computer run faster, too!

It is nearly impossible to reset the BIOS password without tinkering with the motherboard itself. You will need to contact the laptop manufacturer and have them reset it for you. If the manufacturer cannot help you, and you really want to risk it, you can unplug and open your laptop and remove the button-cell battery attached to the motherboard for at least 10 minutes. This will usually reset the BIOS settings, including the password.

plz look-up for updates for ur bios at ibm's website. and download it to update ur bios.

If your computer recognized the hard drive before you have installed your last operating sistem(s) that can be the problem. Your operating sistem or BIOS is not seeing your hard drive any more. Installing a new operating sistem is going to solve your problem but try another one, not the operating sistem you used until now.

First try setting your memory voltage in the motherboard bios to 2.5volts if you haven't already and you might try different timings in the bios also for example 3-3-3-8. If that doesn't work try taking out one of the modules and testing them each by themselves in the memory slots of your motherboard. It may take awhile, but you'll rule out the memory slots causing the problem. One of the memory sticks could be faulty. Hope this helps.
