Hi Anonymous,
What exactly did you mean, did you want to reset the printer or the fuser?
I would suggests www.xerox.com or the Xerox concessionaire would be the best place to start.
Regards.
To reset the maintenance counter (assuming it is the maintenance kit you need to reset)
1. From the Main menu, select Information, then press the OK button.
2. Select Supplies Info, then press the OK button.
3. Select Reset Fuser Life, then press the OK button.
4. Select Reset Fuser Life NOW, then press the OK button to reset the fuser life.
If you have a Xerox WC5225 with Error Code 010-320, then you have a fuser problem. The fuser is the heated item which bonds the image, just before it exits the unit. The machine monitors the temperature sensors and heating elements on this part.
The fuser is sold as PN 126K24980. It is easy to replace yourself.

You can get more life out of the fuser by removing one end and placing a piece of tin foil OVER the THREE FUSES, which are designed to blow at set times. Just tape it in place with some tape. Good Luck
