I want the faxes forwarded to my email address, was set up this way previously but not sure how to set it back up.

Can you make a copy and get a good print? Does the blank pages come from different people? If you still get a blank from making a copy, then try a different toner and or drum unit. Hopefully it is still under warranty.

From everything that I've seen I don't see any way to tim stamp incoming faxes. Almost all fax machines should automatically time stamp outgoing faxes unless the user has removed that function for some reason. If you are getting faxes from people that don't include time stamps than the next best thing is to use the journaling feature. The 2820 can print a journal of past incoming faxes that will include timestamps of the past faxes recieved in either 6,12,24 hour or 2, 7 day intervals. The default is every 50 faxes. To change the settings:
Press Menu/Set, 2,4,2
2. Journal Period
Use Arrows to choose an interval
Press Menu/Set
Press Stop/Exit

most new machines have a fax block mode to eliminat unwanted faxes coming through, just reset your fax machine to factory setings and then re load your personal data , this should rectify this problem
