SERVER KEEPS GOING DOWN

Sounds like your wifi connection is down. If other pages will load, it's the server hosting this page which is down.

Well, that server went end of life about 6+ years ago so it's very possible that the server is done. Check your keyboard to make sure the F keys aren't stuck. Is there a disc in the CDROM? I don't think that model has the option to default to the utility screen but check out the BIOS if you can get in there.

What website what server and what app are you using that is giving you this problem? Make and model of laptop would be helpful as well as windows versio, too, please.

1. Shutdown your server.
2. Go inside the server, and remove the CMOS battery. It should look like this.

3. Be sure to power down your server before taking it out. Be aware that once you take this out the system will forget a lot of it's time settings. This is the battery that keeps the computer's memory of time, date, and BIOS password when it's shutdown.

then the server your user account is saved on is under going repair, you will just have to wait a few days for them to fix the problem or transfer the account to another server

if it says that ea server is down, the ea network is down. you can't connect on the server for the meantime. just wait for a few hours or days there might be maintenance on their server.

use mozilla fire fox , the pop up blockers are built in , so again this prob doesnt come, you can jus download mozilla through net.....

You need to check the DNS server. Press user tools, system settings, interface settings. This screen will display IP address settings. There is a DNS selection. Put the Ip address for the DNS in there. (obtain by, Windows desktop screen, Start, run, type cmd in the input box, enter, at the prompt, type ipconfig /all. it will bring up your settings. write down the DNS setting.)

Now, your SMTP server setting can be obtained by going into your Email account settings. There will be a spot for servers. If you are using Microsoft exchange server, you can use the server name or its IP address. Otherwise, it will be your ISP email server setting. You can just call your ISP and get the outgoing server name. Once obtained, go into user tools. system settings, file transfer and plug in into the SMTP option. I think if I'm not mistaken, there is a connection test there as well. (The 024 might be too old to have that) That should do it. You may need to enter in a email name and password for athentication.
