Chances are that it will not work. Contact the manufacturer and check their Support pages. There may be a download but if it's Windows 95 era I doubt it.

Do you have a license to use this? Sounds like you might have bought it from a licensee that does not have authority to relicense the use.

Try to find a compatibility mode in Win7 to install it.

Simply put , it is probably because the program is too old for windows xp, especially newer service packs of windows xp.

Did you ever register this software? If you did you should be the legal owner and maybe they will be nice and give you your password.

IF you know the password for the mailbox then log into the voicemail by dialing the Stratagy access code, after Stratagy answers dial * , then your user ID mailbox number plus #, then your security code plus #. The User Main Menu plays, press 2 to change your greeting, the Select Greeting Menu plays, press the greeting number, the Record Menu plays, press 2 to record your greeting, Record greeting, as soon as you finish press #, the Record Greeting Menu plays, press 1 to review or 2 to re-record. Press 9 to save and return to the Select Greeting Menu and 9 again to return to the User Main Menu, hang up at this point.

using another serial is illegal because its not the one corresponding to your license..so your best chance is contacting them and telling them if they can somehow retrieve your serial.. but that only would work if you have registered your software..
