Why it make loud sound like fan is thatching some metal when i plug in?

check the fan blade to make sure it is tight on shaft. also check to see if any of the fins are bent could be that they are hitting the housing of the fan motor.

I have dell 3300mp,when I turn the power on it makes a very loud noise. It does not make the sound in standby or cool down. It does work and display a signal okay, but it is very loud. Sound like a fan?,...

The main fan that cools the lamp is mostly high speed when the unit is running. when it shuts down it slows the fan down, until it stops in standby. So the noise is only really loud when it is showing a picture.

try setting the fan to eco mode (slower running) and see if the noise is acceptable. If it is still too loud then you will have to replace it. Have a look at the fan and see if any of the plastic blades are missing.

Fan of VAIO CS-118E makes loud sounds

That is definitely a problem from the fan. What you can do is to call sony and check if they still cover Fan replacement for this specific mode.

Frigirator is not cooling

You may want to try the simple things first. There are proably cooling coils underneath the Ref. Which if not clean often can lead to no cooling problems. Remove front lower panel (proably just pulls off) you will then see cooling coils which will have lots of dust etc collected in it. Best thing to clean with is a vacumn cleaner using a crevice tool. Be careful don't use shrp object.

Cooling fan

Yes. It can be replaced. Try to check which fan is making that sound. Do you have a laptop or a PC? On a PC, there are 3 standard fans inside it. one for the CPU, one for the power supply and one for the computer casing fan as well. It depends on which of those fans it's coming from. On a laptop, some laptops' fans actually makes a loud noise which is common but there is a way that it could be lessened but it might slow down your pc and it might overheat it as well. The loud noise on the fans of a laptop actually indicates that it's trying to cool down the system. If it doesn't stop the loud noise, it could indicate a problem switching the fans back to normal and would just continue to spin fast. Try to contact your PC tech for further diagnostics on the laptops fan to indicate if the problem is with the fan or the mainboard as well.
