I go into a game. i play it for like five minutes and when it comes to a screen where it loads or something it just freezes like that forever. I already tried deleting demos and saved data. what is the problem?
Your blu-ray disc reader is failing. you have to call up sony and have them fix it for you. you could try replacing it, but i highly dont recommend it because opening up your system will cause sony to not fix it if you mess up or a different problem occurs.

perhaps your ps3 need a firmware update...enter in sony official website and download your ps3 latest firmware...check if your ps3 hdd is ok...bad hdd´s can cause game freeze...
you can wait for like a hour maybe to see if it will load and if the loading scene is still loading then it must be working and wont quit until it is like overheated or something i dont have a PS3 i just had a broken down X-Box 360
This is due to fulty caps inside.. This will need to be looked at buy a autherized Sony repair technition.. If its under wareenty it will be covered and the unti will be replaced.
