How do I make my lock lock again

Hi there I have a Tripp suitcase with a tsa007 yif lock. The customs people at the air port opened the suitcase and now it won't lock! How can I make it lack again? Please help! It's a relatively new case that we really like and don't want to stop using!

Does the red indicator show ?

Is it a padlock or suitcase lock ?

It sounds like the combo has been changed.

It is suggested to call the company .Since the correct code doesn't work, there must be some malfunction which has happened with the inner mechanism, which can damage the lock if not handled by skilled repairman.

Can I get a packet of the paperwork that should have come with my Garrison Handleset with Electronic Deadbolt 046-5682-8? I just bought a Garrison Handleset with Electronic Deadbolt 046-5682-8 at Canadian Tire and it had none of the paperwork--installation templates, warranty card, instructions on how to install or program. It was their last one and they don't have the papers. How can I get all this?
