All plugged in and won't turn on, is this issue with XBox One or power brick that connects to outlet
I suggest plugging it into a different outlet. If it works then, then the outlet may be busted. Otherwise, if the light on the power supply (the brick) doesn't turn on when you plug it in, or the fan doesn't turn on, it may be the power supply. If the light does turn on, then it's probably your Xbox One, of which I suggest you take it to your local repair store (such as Best Buy) to get it checked out.

You must see the data on the brick label. If it says the correct tension (tension = voltage), yes, you can. But be careful because the Xbox's have three tipes of tension. It depends on the motherboard. If the mother is a Falcon, the tension is 14.2 V, but if it is a new Jasper, the tension is 12.1 V.

Duke, take a look at the big 'powerbrick' that powers your xbox, on the front of it there will be a small LED, it should be red/orange if your xbox is turned off. If you see NO LED light then your powerbrick is no longer functioning.
If you DO see a LED, then its likley the Xbox is at fault.
Hope this helps!
