Your right that remote does not have the codes supporting that model but personally I would try the following codes of 055, 026, 012, 013, 003 (based on Samsung ) as originated may be the closest you will find to this. Other than that your all in 1 is no good unfortunately.

After changing the frame output chip, have you got any power going to it? Is there any frame pulses getting to the input of the chip? and have you changed the dried up capacitors in the frame stage?
Is the scan coil lead connected properly, they can get dry joints and go open circuit.
