Asrock mb power shuts down

Is it the motherboard that is shutting down? Or is it the power supply cutting out? Disconnect the power supply from the board and with a DC Volt meter check that the output voltage is constant, if not change it.

Hello
I have a intel dg33bu.Have a look at the internel fans. Are they clean.
The processor fan and heat sink need to be clean of dust and dirt.
Last- It may be a good idea to put some fresh thermal paste on the processor.
What you are describing sounds like a heat issue, runs, heats up then shuts down.

Call Dell for support. Looks like something in motherboard detects something (like temperature) then shut down your system.
Probably only need cleaning up inside.

Heat Sink

Sounds like the power circuit on the motherboard could be faulty. Look for any leaking capacitor on the board, may be fixable by replacing the component. It's easier but more expensive to replace the system board.
