i have an i-mate jamin excellent phone used it for everything i purchased it in UAE while serving our country, i chose this phone bcz quad band!!!!!
Problem: phone never had any problems at all until one day i went on vacation to philippines bought sim and used phone all the time, then phone just went dead, i try to recharge (2 days now) and nothing phone wont power up at all, and this phone is less than 1 year old should not have any probs! i removed sim card battery and memory card einstalled sim and battery but nothing happens, i know that the virus protection on my phone was checked everyday for updates and then scans the phone no problems there, it just seems that the phone just died, could it be the battery? i really need some help with this one bcz all my info is in this phone personal and my professional business information!!!!!! :-( plz help

i had this issue with my imate pdal..
its was simple to fix 4 me !!
just remove the battary..
then remove the sticker on the top of that and then pull the steel battary out and on the top you can see a small circut board jus givr all the things a amall press with your stylus and then repack the battary...
i think it shd work like new after that !!

hi, i just aquired imate jam from KSA, the problem is i cant turn it on, i think the battery is dead, i try to recharge it, but nothing happen, i notice every time i try to recharge it, the LED keps on blinking, but nothing happen.

iam having imate jama its not starting after one day i removed its battery to insert sim its just 25 days old and not starting when i tried to place battery its starting with its normal i-mate screen after that blank so please assist me
Phone with full battery went dead. Cannot boot or get ANY response from phone. Only 36 days old.
