Well if you set the code then you will need to call customer care but if you never changed it then it is the last four digits to your cell phone...i just did that tonight and i finally figured it out

Default lock codes are 0000 or 1234 or 12345. Try these if it doesn't
help then you need to visit Nokia Care and to get your mobile updated.
This will reset the code
to default.
